About this app

KiloFlow is an internal application operated by Kilo Content for use by its employees and authorized contractors. Access is by invitation only.

Sign-in code messaging program

Program name: KiloFlow OTP
Description: One-time sign-in codes sent via email or SMS so authorized users can access the KiloFlow application.
Message frequency: Recurring on demand. Typically 1–5 messages per user per month, sent only when you initiate a sign-in.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Carriers: Available on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Support: Reply HELP to any sign-in code message, or email digital@kilocontent.com.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any sign-in code message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation reply, after which you will no longer receive SMS codes from KiloFlow. You can continue signing in via email.

Acceptable use

You agree to use KiloFlow only in accordance with your employment or contractor agreement with Kilo Content. You will not:

• Share your sign-in codes or session with anyone else.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Use the system to record time you did not work, or otherwise submit inaccurate entries.
• Probe, scan, or test the security of the application without prior written authorization.

Account security

Sign-in codes are single-use and expire shortly after issue. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, sign out from all devices and notify digital@kilocontent.com immediately.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of KiloFlow after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
